Take chicken mince and gently massage it with oil, pepper, paprika powder, onion powder, garlic and ginger paste, salt, and breadcrumbs. Prepare the balls. You can cook chicken meatballs on the gas or bake them. To bake, arrange them on a rack and top them with oil. Now, take another pan and prepare the sauce. Pour some sesame oil into the pan and add chopped ginger, garlic, slit green chillies, diced onion, and capsicum.
Add your favourite condiments like ketchup, soya sauce, and chilli garlic sauce. Toss the balls in the sauce and garnish with chives.

Chicken burger

Chicken mince is used to prepare the chicken patty. Take chicken mince in the bowl and add panko breadcrumbs, one egg, grated parmesan, sliced green onion, salt, and pepper. Mix everything and make the patties. Refrigerate the mixture for half an hour. Heat oil in a pan and fry the patties on high heat. Cook on each side till it turns deep golden.
Top with a piece of cheese and place it within the burger buns. Add a slice of tomato, onion, and avocado, and serve with fries!

First, make a sauce using cornflour, water, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cooking wine. Now, take a pan and put oil in it. Add chopped garlic, ginger, chicken mince, and finely chopped onion. Add canned water chestnuts, carrots, baby corn, and mushrooms. Add sauce and fresh herbs, seasonings, paprika, and salt. Place the filling on the lettuce and serve.
