Flat Fee Mls Listings, Marketing Your Home
For sale in the MLS is a better way of marketing your home. This service has proven effective since early 1900. Has changed, however. Now the market is open to anyone with access to a computer, such as the MLS is now on the Internet and accessible to the public as MLS.ca and Realtor.ca. The bad part reminds me of the saying "A lawyer who represents himself has a fool for a client," and also applies to the sale by owner sellers. Most sellers flat fee MLS listings are not qualified to negotiate a sales contract, compared to the limits of compensation for contract and other contract matters. Often, unrepresented sellers leave money on the negotiating table, either too much or being too generous in negotiating issues is found in an inspection report. A skilled broker or agent may be better for the seller. Find flat fee MLS program that addresses this issue.
