Locating Balaji’s Dream
After scouting the site and understanding the client’s requirements, we introduced them to the ideal solution for their sand washing needs – Combo X70. A brilliant innovation from our flagship Combo platform, the Combo X70 can operate for almost more than 16 hours a day, with the benefit of power saving and water recycling facility through efficient resource use. It converts fine stone dust to IS Grade M-Sand for the ready-mix concrete industries.
The plant has the potential to convert stone dust to industry-grade concrete sand (Zone II) and plaster sand (Zone III) which are ready for commercial use. The 70 TPH plant works at a rated power capacity of 110 KW. The key attributes of Combo X70 are its 95% water recycling capacity and limited water usage which is perfectly designed to address the issue of water shortage in the western parts of India. It comes with a portable mobile design as well.
The client got fascinated with the plant’s zero liquid discharge provision, minimum silt production, and easy-to-install aspects which ultimately minimize the carbon footprints. Our sales expert cited the key advantages of our bestseller i.e., Combo X70, and how it will prove to be the best fit with their new 200 TPH crusher.
For further assurance, Mr. Mane travelled to our plant at Chikhli, Gujarat, and became acquainted with the plant’s functioning and quality of the output. After a series of detailed discussions with the staff members and the Chikhli plant owner regarding the delivery of service, availability of expert engineers on site, and ease of procurement of spare parts, we eventually matched the client’s expectations and made sure that he makes an informed purchase with complete peace of mind.

Successful Installation and Votes of Confidence
From the first meeting to the commissioning of the plant, everything materialized in just 90 days. A few months later, the client also availed our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for uninterrupted hassle-free service. The plant was officially launched in May 2020.

The Present-day Upshot
The installed plant has the capacity to function at 100 KW for more than 12 hours and produce an average of 20,000 tonnes of sand every month.
