Pub, club, and bar was the largest profit sector channel in the country in 2021. Quick-service restaurant (QSR) was the second-largest sector followed by full-service restaurant (FSR). E-commerce and takeaways played a vital role in mitigating losses of foodservice businesses due to government-enforced restrictions in 2020.
