Close all programs.
Open Registry Editor.
Select the following registry subkey, assuming Iastorv.sys is the RAID driver.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\Iastorv
In the Details pane, right-click Start and click Modify.
Type 0 in the Value Data text box, and click OK.
Close Registry Editor.
Install the RAID driver from the installation media CD.
Shut down the system.
Attach the RAID disk back to the system.
Start the computer. The problem would be resolved now.
