How To Use A Laboratory Centrifuge Machine

Laboratory centrifuge can be widely used in clinical medicine, biology, chemistry, genetic engineering, immunology and other fields. It is a routine instrument for centrifugation and sedimentation in the laboratory.
When a laboratory centrifuge centrifuges an experimental sample at maximum speed, the components in the mixture are affected by centrifugal force, causing the denser particles to move away from the axis and the less dense particles to move toward the axis. These particles will settle at the bottom of the centrifuge tube, forming a precipitate, in which case the separated sample or the remainder called the supernatant can be used for further processing or analysis. The laboratory centrifuge simulates the linear acceleration generated when the object moves through the principle of centripetal acceleration. By precisely controlling the operating speed of the laboratory centrifuge and the distance from the center of mass to the center of rotation, a stable centripetal acceleration output can be generated at a constant speed. , compare the output value of the sensor under test with the set value of the laboratory ...

How to use a laboratory centrifuge:
1. The laboratory centrifuge should be placed on a level solid floor or platform, and the machine should be in a horizontal position to avoid vibration during the centrifugation process;
2. Turn on the power switch, install the required rotor as needed, place the balanced sample on the rotor sample holder (the centrifuge cylinder must be balanced with the sample at the same time), and close the lid of the laboratory centrifuge;
3. Select the function key, set the temperature, speed, time, acceleration and deceleration, the machine controlled by the microcomputer also needs to press the storage key to remember the input information;
4. Press the start button, the laboratory centrifuge will run according to the above parameters, and automatically shut down at a predetermined time;
5. Open the lid after the laboratory centrifuge has completely stopped, take out the centrifuged sample, wipe the rotor and the inner wall of the chamber with a soft and clean cloth, and cover the lid only after the temperature in the centrifuge chamber is balanced with room temperature.
The laboratory centrifuge is fast in operation, so the following aspects should be paid attention to when using it:
1. Usually, there is a registration form for the laboratory centrifuge to register the operator, rotor, speed, time and other information before use;
2. The centrifuge tube must be balanced, pay attention to the position balance when placing the centrifuge, and must not exceed the maximum speed of the laboratory centrifuge or the centrifuge;
3. Do not leave the laboratory before reaching the preset speed; if any abnormality occurs, please stop the machine immediately;
4. By listening to the sound to know whether the centrifuge is running normally, you can also pay attention to the vibration of the centrifuge when it is running in the laboratory;
5. After using high-salt solution samples (such as ammonium sulfate), make sure to complete the cleaning of the centrifuge cavity and the centrifugal rotor;
6. Ultra-high-speed laboratory centrifuges are more complicated because of their high speed, which requires special training before they can be used.
