If you have the added ailment of a bowel condition along with your lower back pain, then taking the time to see you doctor is even more important. Only your doctor can make the correct diagnosis, and if you are experiencing discomfort for a period of time, self-medicating and hoping the pain will go away is not the correct way to take care of one of the most important parts of your body.
