 It should be a single-step process for the consumer and if customers call helpline, the representative must follow the problem through to its resolution.

 If customer need to be transferred to different department, the original representative must follow up with the customer to make sure that the problem is addressed and is solved.

9. Using positive language - this is to make minor changes in conversational pattern and go along with the customer

10. Product Knowledge – this is important, so you know what you are offering to the customers and you know how to help them when issues arises.
