Wireless Network Deployment

1. Centralized Deployment
- Its controllers are installed in a centralized location, and this is traditionally used in campuses whereby buildings and networks are in very close proximity. It consolidates the wireless network that makes easier upgrade and can facilitate advance wireless functionality.

2. Converged Deployment
- this offer consistency in both wireless and wired connection on one network device which is the access switch. It performs the dual role of both switch and wireless controller.

3. Cloud-based Deployment
- from the word itself it uses cloud to manage its network devices and deployed on premises at different locations.

Different Wireless connectivity methods

1. Wireless LAN (WLAN) - it provides access to internet within a building or limited area.

2. Wireless MAN - it is installed in cities worldwide to provide internet access to many people outside of their homes or offices network.

3. Wireless PAN - it only covers limited area and is typically maximum of 100meters using protocols such as Bluetooth and Zigbee.

b. It provides access and availability - you can stay connected on the go without the need of cables or adaptors

c. It offers flexibility - you can stay productive even away from your office through home network

The data transmission between network helps mainly on communication improvement. It is now easier for us to connect without the need for long wires or cables which is too hassle and very inconvenient. We can go wherever we want as we rely on the network we get connected.
