Dubai has never lost the charm as a favorite tourist resort. Heart breaking Real Estate News has affected it, but the adventurers never settle for less. 2010 is just a few days away. A lot of countries, whose economy is tourism dependent, do look towards future projection of tourism. Bad News has been a blessing in disguise for the tourists. It has resulted into a significant decline of prices in hotels. Internet statistics also show an increased trend of searching for Dubai's hot spots and accommodations many times. The price is averaging around 80% in the beginning of 2010, when compared to the starting prices of year 2009.One tourism expert and manager of a large hotel chain commented Dubai has never been such an affordable trip. We look forward for even a better vacancy rate for our accommodations. Where else you can get such enjoyment in this monetary value.

First the tallest building of the world Burj Dubai is going to be inaugurated in 2010. Then most importantly Dubai's reduced hotel packages will reduce the undue distraction caused by the recent events. One of the real estate agent Fakih remarked the events of 2010 as I see a lot of hope in the market. Things have already started improving. Tourism is our strength and once we regain it, this will really help us reestablish our selves.

General real estate community and rulers in particular see a lot of optimism. Tourism is said to be one of the major GDP contributors for Dubai. The year 2010 tourist attractions will not only help alleviate the confidence of the foreign world, but would also help bring an optimistic picture. If we look at 2009, there had been many things that weren't expected to happen, but they just happened. Real estate experts across UAE have a firm belief in Dubai's ability to resurface. They say that 2009 was very tough on Dubai, but they are optimistic that lessons learnt will help them do their jobs better. The new real estate laws have also been welcomed by the real estate community to control unnecessary hype and speculation.
