Although there is no requirement on age limit but according to some officials, younger and educated candidates are favored than older and less educated candidates. This can also vary from bank to bank. Also, the process of becoming a CSP varies from bank to bank. The following information comes from recent discussions with two different financial institutions. The first thing you need to do is go through an initial screening process which includes submitting your resume along with copies of your educational certificates and identification proof (like passport or voter ID).
