Discover And Relish The Superior Taste Of Premium Organic Teas
Premium teas are made from organic loose leaf tea, which is a unique, rare cultivar and falls under special types of tea. The diverse types of premium teas are hand made and the ingredients are grown in unique locations using various processing techniques. They are small-batch teas of individual origins.
Every tea is not created the same and many factors and processes determine the end result. From the production process, cultivation region, and tea master’s experience will provide different flavours, consistency and aromas.
High-quality premium tea leaves should feel the same way as they appear. The vast array of types of tea is a world worth exploring and premium teas are known to have healing properties aside from their appealing aromas and flavours.
Premium teas such as the Early Grey, Moroccan Mint, Bombay Masala Chai, Mellow Vanilla rooibos and the Big Sleep contain the amino acid called L-Theanine that improves the functionality of the brain and helps reduce stress and anxiety. Their caffeine content is minimal and helps cognitive functions to improve.

A beautiful blend of premium tea that combines light and healthy Green tea with dried mint leaving a refreshed feeling is the Moroccan Mint tea. It is made of fresh mint or spearmint, sugar, water and gunpowder tea; every leaf is rolled into a tiny round pellet. The mint menthol helps with anti-inflammatory, and spasms and is an analgesic that soothes the throat. A warm cup of this organic minty drink will fight away colds and help relieve breathing problems.
A warming, spicy treat is the Bombay Masala Chai black leaves tea blended with organic cardamom, orange, ginger, cloves, black pepper, star aniseed and cinnamon. This tea is usually made with black teas from India, including Assam and Darjeeling or Ceylon tea. The tea is an explosion of flavours with a warm sensation and pleasant aroma.
Organic Mellow Vanilla Rooibos is a soft mellow drink combined with herbal rooibos leaves grown in the mountainous Western Cape region in South Africa. It has a natural vanilla essence and makes a delicate, refreshing tea. It is caffeine-free and can be enjoyed at any time of the day. Enjoy the tea with milk or sugar and it leaves a feeling of warmth from the inside. It increases hydration and promotes a healthy heart.
A blended sleep-enhancing drink combined with chamomile, valerian, lavender and lemon balm is the Organic Big Sleep tea. Its traditional ingredients promote sleep and assist in a good night’s rest. This premium tea is enjoyed for its floral, smooth and minty taste. Its chamomile aromatic combination of citrus, lemongrass and hibiscus allows for a soothing and relaxing feeling. This premium tea has a natural calming effect to induce peace and tranquillity.
Teas have two processing methods called the orthodox or CTC method. The orthodox method involves gentle bruising of teas using hand moments. It causes enzymes to be released and reacts with oxygen to darken the leaves. This oxidation method creates rich and layered flavours.
The CTC (Cut, Tear, Curl) method is a gentle process and does not destroy the whole leaf and makes use of machinery to grind leaves. Teas produced through the orthodox method are known to be of higher quality as extra care is taken to create different tea types and blend flavours of the premium teas.
