The fashion industry is rapidly evolving to include new trends and styles. The industry has seen some of the most daring fashion styles in recent years by pushing the sartorial envelope. However, there is a widespread misconception that fashion is more geared toward women, as we constantly read and hear about women's new fashion trends. Men's fashion, on the other hand, is evolving. This is evident in the most recent developments in the world of men's fashion.

While we were focusing on women's fashion wear updates, menswear has made significant strides. Today's Indian Men Clothing like the handloom lungi or other clothes is more daring, daring, and edgy. We couldn't help but decide to debunk some of the myths surrounding men's fashion in order to keep you up to date.

So, prepare to abandon any myths you may have held in the past.

You should not wear ‘black’ and ‘brown’
In the fashion industry, the combination of black and brown has been a no-no. However, the trend has recently shifted. One of the main reasons why this combination ...
... isn't popular among fashion experts is that both are very bright colours.

Brown, like navy, can work well with black. To soften the look, pair your black outfit with a lighter shade of brown.

Your shoes must match your belt

You've always believed that your shoes and belt should match. Though this is true to a degree, there is always room for experimentation. You don't have to swear if you wear the same colour belt as your shoes. For an edgy look, use different shades of the same colour. This does not imply that you should dress in an unusual combination. Let the color be the same, just pick a different shade.

Flower prints are not for men

You've probably never seen flower prints on Indian men's clothing. Flowers have long been associated with femininity. As a result, we never imagined men wearing floral patterns. Modern men, on the other hand, are breaking the rules. Flower patterns are a popular style in Indian men's clothing. The subtle incorporation of flower patterns into your daily attire is an excellent way to break the stereotype.

This can be seen in both western outfits and Indian Men's Wear such as sherwani and ethnic jackets.

Never wear denim over denim

Denim on denim may have called for the death penalty a few years ago, but not anymore. This myth is fading in both women's and men's fashion. It is, however, a difficult style to pull off. If done correctly, this combination will make you appear smart and confident.

The key to nailing this look is to have a colour and texture contrast between the shirt and the jeans or jacket. Wear tight-fitting denim jeans with a shirt in a different denim colour. Just remember to keep your cool.

Pink is for girls only

Pink was thought to be the colour of women. Men in the twenty-first century, on the other hand, can pull off a pink outfit without feeling any less of a man. Pink can be used to emphasise masculinity. The colour is flattering on all types of bottoms. Pink can also be found in traditional Indian clothing, ethnic men's suits, and wedding sherwanis over a cool cotton vest.

Dress slim

To keep a hold on the male silhouette, men are advised to wear slim fit jeans. However, the trend is changing. Men's fashion is seeing the introduction of cuffed tailored sweatpants, woollen and relaxed fit trousers. The goal here is to wear something that is neither too tight nor too loose. Clothing that is too tight can cause skin allergies and discomfort, while clothing that is too loose can highlight girth. As a result, find a middle ground.

Ties only with formal

This made us shake our heads in disbelief. People have the misconception that ties are required for all formal attire. It is now an outmoded rule. It doesn't matter if you wear a tie or not. Ties, without a doubt, add style to the formal look, but they are not required. You can pull off a formal look even if you don't wear a tie.

Your socks must match your trousers

This combination, like shoes and belts, is considered safe. However, it is not required. Wearing contrasting socks can be both fun and stylish. Wear a colour that matches your tie or shirt for a unique yet well-coordinated look. Men's fashion is now accepting of contrasting patterns and prints. Socks with different patterns that have a slight reference to your overall outfit can be chosen.

Wearing sunglasses indoors is cool

A big no. Sunglasses shield your eyes from harmful UV rays emitted by the sun. Unless you are a celebrity who wears sunglasses to avoid being easily recognised in public places, you do not need to wear them indoors. If not, let us reserve them for outdoor use only.

Your pocket square and tie need to match

It was thought to be true a decade ago, but not any longer. A skilled dresser knows how to choose complementary colours and patterns rather than matching them. Following the rules is no longer fashionable. The new trend is edgy and cool.

We understand how difficult it will be for you to break free from stereotypes and experiment with new trends. However, once you begin experimenting, you will develop your own unique style and taste. It will make your style more daring and edgy.
