Top 10 Places To Visit On Your Rajasthan Budget Tour
Rajasthan is a northern Indian state. The vast Thar Desert and the beautiful Aravalli Mountains attract visitors to this lovely state. Rajput monarchs built many palaces and temples in Rajasthan, the Rajput cultural heartland.
Try to see as many of Rajasthan's beautiful sites to visit as possible.
1. Mount Abu
Mount Abu is one of the most beautiful hill stations in the world. A rocky plateau summit provides plenty of opportunities for exploration and enjoyment. To enjoy Nakki Lake and the surrounding mountains, you can rent a paddleboat. Dilwara Temples can be found there. These magnificent white marble Jain temples were built in the 12th century.
2. Bikaner
Many Indians, however, associate Bikaner with its culinary hotspot rather than its palace or ancient fort. On a hot afternoon, Kesar Kulfi, a delicious iced delicacy, is a must. Visitors visiting Bikaner can also take a camel ride through the desert. Bikaner's Junagarh Fort houses a big regional museum.
3. Chittorgarh
Chittorgarh's primary attraction is the Chittorgarh Fort. ...
... The fort, which dates from the seventh century and has seven gates, is one of India's largest. It's difficult to see the fort in a single day. Begin with the 15th century Victory Tower, which is beautifully illuminated. Vishnu is honoured in the Meera Temple, which has a significant collection of idols.
4. Ranthambore
One of the best places to watch wild tigers is in this wildlife reserve. A wildlife safari is a great way to get up close and personal with the creatures. Those who are more daring can gallop, while those who are more cautious can canter. Leopards, hyenas, and sloth bears can all be found in Ranthambhore National Park. The Ranthambhore Fort can also be seen during a safari.
5. Bundi
The step wells of Bundi are well-known. Bundi contains over 50 visible step wells, even though the city no longer collects water this way. Nearly 200 steps make up the Queen's Step Well. Bundi's Taragarh Fort, built in the 16th century, features an amazing art collection. Visit one of Bundi's lakes or Ramgarh Vishdhari to get away from the city.
6. Pushkar
Every year, Pushkar hosts a Brahma temple and a camel fair. Pushkar is supposed to be the home of Brahma, one of Hinduism's sacred trinity. Pushkar hosts a camel fair and Hindu pilgrimage in November.
7. Jodhpur
Jodhpur is the Blue City of the Thar Desert. The city's name derives from the city's many blue homes, which give it a blue colour. Jodhpur is a temple-studded fortified city. Mehrangarh, Rajasthan's most important fort, is a must-see. Chamunda Mataji Temple and a beautiful mirrored hall may be found in the fort.
8. Jaipur
In Rajasthan's capital, Jaipur, there is enough to see and do. The lesser-known sites of the Golden Triangle are easily accessible from Jaipur. Amber, Nahargarh, and Jaigarh are among them. Also worth seeing is the City Palace, which is a beautiful blend of Mughal and Rajput architecture. There are numerous temples in Jaipur, as well as a bustling night bazaar.
9. Jaisalmer
Jaisalmer, often known as the Golden City, is a lovely city in the Thar Desert. The city is dominated by the Jaisalmer Fort or Sonar Qila.
