Iontophoresis is a technology that infiltrates active ingredients of extracts or cosmetics into tissues through the mucous membrane of the skin using the principle of ion resistance, in which ions move with a direct current that does not change over time.
Iontophoresis has no pain like injection. It maintains a local high concentration of extracts, and has fewer side effects. It also can deliver extracts through the scalp blood flow.
