Essay Writing For UPSC (https://edenias.com/essay-writing-upsc-mains) is the most important and pivotal factor which can make or break your result. The quantum of knowledge that you have matters, but what matters further is how well you can Convert that knowledge into good answers.
People who are giving 5 – 6 the attempt have much further knowledge than what I could have but are unfit to duly do answer writing.

Writing good answers doesn't come in a day.
It’s a long-drawn-out process, but one that's surely satisfying in the examinations. I was also veritably bad at answer writing in the morning. It took a lot of work to ameliorate my answers.
Having scored 122 in GS2 and 145 in GS3, I suppose you could use the general strategy I used to ameliorate your answers as well.
I had written answers on Perceptivity Secure Initiative for about 2 months from Dec 2016 around.
The platform is veritably salutary as you learn how to write answers veritably snappily by looking at the good answers, imbibing their good factors, and also writing your answers. Simply reading the answers on ...
... the platform doesn't help. So write.
Writing answers yourself before reading anyone differently is the right way.
Yes, you can surely use the internet to condense your knowledge on the motifs that may be new to you.
ESSAY Writing
• Content Structure will be as you read journals and EDEN IAS pamphlets.
• Remember that you have around 9 mins to write each answer worth12.5 marks. question papers.
• 1 min should be spent on understanding what the question is demanding out of you. Pay close attention to the end terms-Analyse, Critically assay, Bandy, etc as these have different demands in terms of answers.
• In answer, structuring is veritably important. A good preface gives a good first print and a good conclusion ensures that you give a last good print before the monitor marks you.
• Answer jotting is as important about content as it's about perception creation.
Introduction
• Don't write further than 2 lines then-20-30 words.
• Then you can put-Data, Description, or a simple preface can be made. Eg If there's a question on Disabilities, you can mention that India has around2.2 impaired population.
Main Body of the answer.
• It can have Advantages/ Disadvantages, Reasons in favor and against, among others.
• Use simple language. Flowery language isn't needed and will only consume redundant time.
• You can write in paragraphs or points. It's fully up to you. It also depends on the question. I used to write in points and make those points short and sweet. This gives a veritably systematized look to your answers which is surely awarded.
• Do accentuate crucial words in your answers. Exercise similar that you're trained to accentuate as you write the word rather than coming back to accentuate it as you won't have time for reading your answer again.
• Always keep a balanced answer. No way go to any axes and in no answer should you go against the government in a veritably critical way. Always go for a formative review. Understand that no govt is perfect and ways are being taken to ameliorate the situation
• You can use headlines like- Advantages and disadvantages, etc.
• Make your answers neat and clean and easily express discrimination along the lines of the colorful corridor of the answer.
Conclusion
• A way forward should be put then which should be a balanced bone and which surely reflects sanguinity. It should be in the sense that indeed though there may be problems by doing this and this they can be answered.
• Eg-> India is facing an acute deficit of sodalities which can contend at a global scale. Setting up a HEFA is a step in the right direction to make India more vibrant in terms of better exploration installations and universities and can help reduce the brain drain.
• Keep noting down crucial terms like Minimum Government, Max governance; Sprightliness of the republic; Plural and temporal nature of our constitution among others so that you can fit them into your answers conclusions to make them more various and auspicious.
Miscellaneous:
• The most important point which can not be exaggerated is that you need to complete all answers in the Mains test. Do not go after those who say that I'll write 18 answers but writing them good-this would be the single biggest boob that could bring you your attempt. Your answer writing practice has to be similar that u are suitable to complete all 20 questions in 3 hours.
• My number of attempts also increased from 14 —> 20 throughout writing the mocks.
• Try to draw tables, charts, pie maps- commodity intriguing in the Applicable answer will cost u redundant marks. It takes up a lot of space and also makes your answer look more intriguing. For Eg, In the GS1 paper, we had this question on JUNO Spacecraft. I knew some content for the answer, and in the rest, I drew the illustration of the Spacecraft as I could recall that in the test.
• Change the size of your handwriting similar to that you're suitable to fill the complete space given for the answer, as it gives a perception that u surely couldn’t have written fewer words-and acts s positive enforcement in the mind of the monitor. It's as much a game of donation of work as much it's of content.
• Applicable prolusions and conclusion (of not further than 2-3 rulings) do get noticed and can be satisfying if done correctly.
