ANNANDALE, Va. ─ 7E Investments, a Virginia-based leading mortgage note investment firm, today announced the appointment of Lauren Wells as Vice President, Investor Relations and Strategy. In this new role, Ms. Wells will further strengthen the company’s leadership team in driving business expansions.

Ms. Wells joined 7E Investments in 2021, working closely with its Founder Christopher Seveney on fund management and business strategy. With this new appointment, she will lead strategic evaluations of market research and implement, lead and support business strategies.

... over 10 years of expertise in business development, sales and project management, holding senior executive roles at several SAAS startups, including Procore and LinkedIn. She has extensive experience developing forecasts, defining target markets, identifying acquisition opportunities and establishing new sources of revenue to steer business growth.

She has also been a real estate investor since 2010, acquiring in-depth insights into real estate investment strategies. Ms. Wells has helped build and manage a portfolio of over 100 assets, covering both residential real estate and mortgage notes.

An alumnus of UC Santa Barbara, Ms. Wells holds a Bachelor of Arts degree. She lives in Santa Barbara with her husband and two sons.
