What is an automated fabric inspection and packing line?

There is a conveyor that takes a fabric roll and moves it to the Main Packing Unit. There is a sensor that reads the width and diameter of the fabric roll as it comes into the machine. It then prepares for the next width sealing and side sealing.
The fabric roll will be moved to a position where it can be pushed to the width sealing work area. When the fabric roll is there, the main packing unit conveyor will be empty. At this point, the inlet conveyor can move the next fabric roll to the main packing unit conveyor.
3: After the width sealing, the fabric roll is moved to the side sealing working place. Currently, there is no width sealing working position. The next fabric roll in the main packing unit conveyor will be moved to the width sealing working position to seal the next piece of fabric.

You can get to the main packing unit by using a 90 degree turn system and an inlet conveyor. Then, a lifter will move the packed rolls right to the conveyor that sends them out. PLC will finally tell the roll to go right. pneumatic roll ejection will first push the fabric roll into the storage. When the stalliage (1) is full, a sensor will pick up on it and the program system will send an instruction. Then, the fabric roll will be moved to the left side and pushed into the stalliage (2).
3. How fast does the machine wrap fabric rolls?
It takes different amounts of time to wrap different widths and lengths of fabric rolls. The maximum speed is 5 to 7 rolls per minute, which means that one machine can wrap 3360 rolls in just 8 hours.
