Can Weight Loss And Diabetes Symptoms Be Managed At Home?
Does a pandemic make you gain weight? Many people who were working from their home feels that pandemic makes them lazy. Due to this, they do not maintain a healthy lifestyle and this leads to them gaining weight. We all know that being overweight makes people unattractive and being overweight also creates some serious diseases in our body like diabetes, blood pressure, and some types of cancer. So it is very important to keep your weight in balance especially if you have diabetes. Here, we will discuss how to lose weight at home.
Forward Lunge is one of the best exercise for leg. In this exercise, you have to stand tall with feet and hip-width apart. And you have to place your hands on your hips or hold weights by sides. In the second, move forward with your right leg. And keep your spine tall, lower your body until your front and back leg form 90-degree angles. In the third step, step right leg back to start. Step left leg forward to repeat on the other side. Do this exercise for 5 minutes. It is not the only thing to manage diabetes symptoms at home, but definitely one of the things.

Keep back your hips and bend your knee and reach your palm to the ground. Ideally, lower your back into a squat for the next step. Repeat this up to 12 times.
