This is a trend now days of contract based manufacturing in big and small industries both. It is very convenient and reliable also. In pharmaceutical industry it has been using at all levels of manufacturing. Big industries using contract manufacturing to save their time and money. Small industries using contract manufacturing to get out of the problem of less knowledge about manufacturing and reducing their cost of infrastructure.

Developed country's industries are using contract manufacturing to escape from tax load. It is beneficial in many ways. As it is written above that it is time saving and money saving. To do contract with any company they invite tenders. The party who fills its form giving quality product in given time with low price has getting the contract. The contract could be for machines, products, and labors also.

This system is cost beneficial because there is no question of space or land problem, labor problem, foundation of big infrastructure and all this is tax beneficial. The companies who take contract give you quality product on time and take responsibilities of its product. Therefore, ...

In developed countries, branded items are not compulsorily made by the company itself. Many branded companies prefer original design manufacturers for good quality of product. They do contract with experts of the field and purchases their products then stick their brand's label on product. It is a clever decision especially in developing countries. By using this approach, they can safe easily themselves from tough regulatory factory laws on foreign investors mainly in developing countries especially like India, Thailand, Bangladesh, Srilanka, Pakistan, South Africa, Brazil etc.

In pharmaceutical industry not only infrastructure but also product is available by contract manufacturing. Many companies get vaccines, serums, human drugs etc. through contract manufacturing. Transport and packaging is an important issue in pharmaceutical products because they need extra care as per their nature. It is advisable to take concern to this issue to reduce chance of malfunction of products because these products are related to health care.

Pharmaceutical industry always faces problems such as, reducing its cost, available new drugs for new diseases and timely sending the product to the markets. To look challenges of pharmaceutical industry, contract manufacturing is a good option for both small industry and big industry. Developing countries are good manufacturer now days for developed country's companies. The big companies take contract-manufacturing hand on hand because it is prove that it is beneficial in many ways.
