Production Process Of Boron Nitride

This reaction helps the boron oxide to achieve an amorphous shape and thus also have enough amount of impurities of boron trioxide. After this process, it is quite possible to get rid of these impurities by a simple process of evaporation and for that, it should be heated over a temperature of 1500°C.
