This has made it easier for people who do not have the time to always get fresh food or cook fresh food.
Another, one of the very common misconceptions that people have is that food that is once kept in the freezer cannot be re-refrigerated. While for some of the foods it is advised that you do not defrost, heat and the freeze the food again, for others, it might not be the case.
