The Leading Esports and gaming organization Team Vitality announced its partnership with Tezos and They will represent Tezos on the biggest stages in Esports. This three-year technical partnership is the largest in team Vitality's history.

Tezos is entering the gaming industry with a groundbreaking partnership with Team Vitality. The two companies will work together to provide community members with new ways to engage with star players.

Tezos Foundation's Chief of Staff, Mason Edwards, said, “This is a significant step forward for Europe’s leading esports team as the blockchain and gaming industries continue to build a fan and player-centric future for esports.”

He adds, “I’m thrilled to see Team Vitality join the Tezos community.”

Among the most tech-savvy and engaged communities are those associated with Esports and gaming, so Tezos is hoping to tap into that. The Tezos ecosystem will work with Team Vitality to educate fans about blockchain technology in gaming.

According to Team Vitality CEO, Nicolas Mauer, the partnership is "game-changing."

As a result of the deal, Tezos will gain exposure while revolutionizing the Team Vitality fan experience. Tezos' partnership with Team Vitality may include a logo sponsorship on players' jerseys, a form of brand visibility.

Tezos still lags behind many of its Layer 1 competitors despite signing several important partnerships over the past year. In June, the firm announced partnerships with McLaren Racing and Red Bull Racing for collectible NFTs.

Gaming community backlash against Ubisoft has been severe after they announced they would launch NFTs using the Tezos platform last month.
