1. First, you need to complete the Chartered Self Assessment, giving a competency rating against the Stage 2 Competency criteria.

... to the Functional level or above. The Industry Review includes giving a short statement of the items of proof that you might have to show your Chartered competency for all Stage 2 Competencies.
