Why Is Business Better Than A Regular Job?
Life is full of struggle and once you complete your education, the focus changes towards earnings. Here come three options:
● If you have money to invest, start your business.
● Try to get a job.
● Get a job, earn money, and then start a business.
Let's see how business is better than regular jobs:
1. No money-earning limit.
Regular jobs have a certain income limit but for a business, there is no limit of money. After a year or two, there may be a rise in your salary in the case of jobs, but you can earn as much profit as you want in your business with hard work.
2. Be your boss
You are answerable to your boss in a regular job. They let down a set of rules and regulations that include the time factor and you are bound to follow. But for your own business, you're your boss. You don't need to wait for approval from someone else to implement a new idea and go beyond limits and rules to make a successful business.
3. No time restriction
You can come and leave anytime you feel like it. But for a regular job you need ...
... to follow a fixed schedule. Your boss makes the rules and if you try going against them, you may lose the job. The same goes for government jobs; you are bound to follow a fixed schedule for entry and departure.
4. No retirement plans.
For a business, you don't need to make retirement plans as you can continue owning a business in your 70's and 80's. But for regular jobs, there is a fixed age of working and then you have to retire. For example, wholesale food distributors can conduct their business generation after generation, while the elder person still stays in charge of the business.
5. Make your identity.
When you start a business you may not be sure about its outcome. But over time, your hard work starts giving fruitful results and you get an opportunity to create your brand identity in the market. But in a regular job, your company will make an identity and you remain just a mere employee.
6. No waiting for holidays.
You may get tired after working days together and want to go out for a short trip. But, is it possible in your regular job? No, you need to wait for the holidays to make a plan. On the other hand, if you own a business, you can set up a trip plan anytime you want to.
7. Learn different aspects.
In a regular job, you work in the same department and tend to get bored. But businesses pose challenges on a day-to-day basis. You learn to manage different departments at the same time. You can also engage ambitious people around the world, who can help you achieve your business goals.
Investment in the Al Maya Group: wholesale distributors, is a good proposition. The Al Maya Group has efficaciously presented a good number of the world’s premium food brands in the UAE.
