Do you provide training or workshops for improvement?
How many working hours in a day/week?
The Compensation

What is the payment schedule followed by your organization?
Do you offer paid or unpaid holidays?
Are the flight, visa, and health insurance costs covered by you?
What is the policy on sick days?
Am I expected to work overtime? Is it paid?
What are my options for promotion or progression?
Do you provide accommodation or provide an accommodation stipend?

Is there a co-teacher or teaching assistant?
Are there a lot of teachers at the school who have been there for multiple years?
