Registration certificate
While you have decided to buy a custom chopper that comes for sale, you should check the RC that is the registration certificate first. You must check that the seller's identification and other facts are legitimate and that there is no room for deceit. For example, the vehicle identification number and the duty stamp. The name of the seller (current owner of the car) should be included in the RC. You must show the RC ...
... to the RTO (Regional Transport Office) in order to properly register the car in your name. However, if the bike was purchased through finance then also you need to check the registration certificates. Make sure to have a NOC letter from the bank. Not only that but at the same time, make sure that none of the instalments is left to be paid.
Insurance paper
Insurance papers are also mandatory for you while you are going to buy a second-hand bike for yourself. Without having insurance papers your bike can’t be registered in the RTO. You can also hire professionals who will do everything for your two-wheeler. A vehicle owner may evaluate numerous policies depending on the coverage and advantages they provide and purchase a bike insurance policy online with minimal effort.
Research a bit more
Do your research and figure out how much you should anticipate paying. What are the normal market prices for custom choppers that come for sale?  Know the type and mileage as well. Prices may be found online. Decide how much you are willing to pay when you have an estimate of how high the pricing will be.
