Steps to add emergency contacts in Alexa:

Open the Alexa app for iOS or Android.
Tap the Communicate tab at the bottom of the screen.

Then, Select Emergency contact

... Proceed to select an existing contact or create a new one. Here you can add all emergency numbers, excluding 911 services.

The upgraded Alexa service enhances audio detection, which includes footsteps detection, opening, and closing doors. It can simulate the presence of a dog if it detects sounds outside, a siren if indoor sounds, and can also use security cameras to trigger lighting. Fortunately, Guard Plus can call an emergency helpline instead of a personal emergency contact.

Open the Alexa app for any device (Android, iPhone, or iPad).
You find the More tab at the bottom of the screen. Tap it.
