Challenges
• Our Retail Client maintains Products, Trade Agreements, and other related information in the PIMS Database, as well as Vendor Master records in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Highly critical Product Master data, such as Product Dimensions, Barcodes, Sales/Purchase Trade Agreements, Prepack, DimensionUOM, and so on, must be available in Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations end system, and Vendor Master data must be available in PIMS, resulting in multiple integration touch points.
• The need of the hour was for a dependable integration middleware that can handle streamlined, secure, and performance effective data transfer between the mentioned end systems with zero data loss, bulk processing capability, and robust error handling.
