Amla and Aloe Vera Juice

These antioxidant-rich juices help purify the blood, flush out toxins from your body and are good for your overall health and well-being. With regular consumption of these juices, you can boost the immune system and prevent the occurrence of skin allergies. Manjistha

Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple Cider Vinegar has anti-fungal and anti-bacterial properties. While it can’t be used to treat skin allergies like eczema, but it can help soothe irritated skin. For application, mix an equal amount of Apple Cider Vinegar with water and apply it on the skin with the help of clean cotton fabric. If you have sensitive skin, you can reduce the quantity of vinegar.

While these remedies can help prevent and control allergy symptoms, they cannot provide lasting results if your disease is chronic and recurs.
