It has the capacity to operate at very high velocity and pressure. This type of fan is ideal for conveying dust and dirt, exhausting, and for forced draft applications. The advantages of radial vane-type fans are: High durability, simple designs, suitable for high temperatures and high static pressure, can operate at low air flows, and have large running clearances. They are frequently used in industrial, mining, petrochemical, dust extraction, and high-pressure applications.
