Technology is the key to advancement in the business world †those who don’t keep up with the most current technology trends are at risk of falling short in their market reach. Videos are a great way to connect with potential and current customers alike. In order to ensure that your message has maximum visibility, it’s good to know how to make that video file viewable to as many users as possible.

What is Transcoding

Transcoding is the conversion of files to make them compatible for a target device. For example, many video files are transcoded to become compatible with mobile devices. Another use for transcoding is to compress a file to save disk space. Whatever reason you need video transcoding for, Eyepartner offers Monster Encoder to help you convert your video files into Flash format. Videos in Flash format (FLV files) are the most universally accessible and can be viewed in any OS as long as that system contains the Flash plug-in.

Many digital cameras and mobile phones today have video recording capabilities, but since video isn’t the main ...
... function of these devices, the quality is usually lower. These video files can be uploaded to Monster Encoder and converted into HD quality videos. Videos up to 100 MB can be uploaded through the Web application, but files exceeding this size can be uploaded via a desktop application.

Why Choose Eyepartner’s Monster Encoder

Monster Encoder’s edge over similar products is its ability to seamlessly convert video files into Flash format. There are no skipped frames in the conversion process, so the result is a smooth and clear picture. This program does all the work for you, so all you need to do is upload your video, preview it, and publish it. There is no codec barrier for viewing. Some video file formats require a special codec to be seen on specific computers, but with Monster Encoder, the Flash plug-in is all that is necessary for other viewers to see your streaming videos.

Uses for Monster Encoder

Monster Encoder has a multitude of uses. For example, if you are a personal trainer with your own website, you can upload video demonstrations of some workouts that you recommend. This gives your potential clients a clear idea of what to expect from you so that they will feel more confident in choosing you for their fitness needs.

Another way to use FLV files is to publish how-to videos demonstrating how your products work. Adding this extra dimension to your company will bring your brand to life. To protect your original work, watermarks and logos can be added to your videos. Your converted files can be hosted on your own servers, or they can be hosted by Eyepartner.

Since Flash is used in almost all Internet browsers, you will be able to reach a wider audience with your videos. You no longer have to worry about Windows/Mac/Linux compatibility because the Flash plug-in is available for free download. Reaching a wider audience makes you more visible to potential clients, and it makes you more accessible to current clients.
