Faridabad has now become the third fastest growing city in India and the 8th fastest growing city in the world. This development and growth has picked up pace only in the last decade because the prices of real estate in the other cities surrounding Delhi like Noida and Gurgaon having reached levels which are far beyond the pockets of the middle class population of this urban region. Besides this the space available for residential purposes in these two cities has also reached its outermost limits. Faridabad however still has plenty of space to expand so many of the largest construction companies have already acquired land in the city and started various residential projects.

Amongst the construction groups active in Faridabad is the Ansals Group which has been famous in northern India and has delivered some outstanding commercial projects in Delhi, Gurgaon and Faridabad. ... These modern flats in Faridabad have been constructed on a project area of 20 acres of land and are ready to move. The Flats are having super areas between 1045 and 1845 sq. ft and the society is already more than 80 percent occupied.

A project of this size with more than 1200 families living in a closed and gated environment has special needs and these are then provided by the developer in the shape of amenities. This gated project has been provided with manned security at the entrance of the compound and society round the clock. The roads inside the compound have been paved and street lights have been installed throughout. All the high rise towers are constructed to be earthquake proof and are protected against fire hazards. A landscaped garden has also been laid out and a kids play ground has been included in the garden. There is a luxurious clubhouse with a spa, indoor games and also a swimming pool attached. A commercial area has been included with shops which will be necessary to cater to the daily needs of the huge community. There is power back up for emergencies and the lifts. Underground reserved parking is also available for the flat holders.

All the amenities will not help unless the location of the project is also favorable for the occupants. In this case the location is in a sector free from pollution but close to the IMT or the developing Industrial Model Township being promoted by the Haryana Government. It is best connected to the largest available public transport system of the Delhi metro with the Raja Nahar Singh metro station being just five minutes away. Along with this connectivity to the metro system comes also the connection to the available hospitals in the area and the best schools. The best hospital in the area is just five minutes away in sector 8 and is called the Sarvodaya Hospital. There are two excellent schools just five minutes away namely the Faridabad Public School and the DAV Public School. Of course there is a multiple choice of schools a bit further off like the Delhi Public School in sector 81.

Prices for the flats in Ansals Royal Heritage are in the range of 32 lacs to 56 lacs depending on the size of the apartment in question.
