Faridabad has now become the third fastest growing city in India and the 8th fastest growing city in the world. Along with this connectivity to the metro system comes also the connection to the available hospitals in the area and the best schools. The best hospital in the area is just five minutes away in sector 8 and is called the Sarvodaya Hospital. There are two excellent schools just five minutes away namely the Faridabad Public School and the DAV Public School. Of course there is a multiple choice of schools a bit further off like the Delhi Public School in sector 81.
Prices for the flats in Ansals Royal Heritage are in the range of 32 lacs to 56 lacs depending on the size of the apartment in question.
