 Pet Strap is basically used as PACKING STRAP, There are more uses in COTTON
GINNING, also for INDUSTRIAL BOX PACKING, Pet Strap is also known as Polyester
strap. Polyester is the strongest plastic strap. It is often used for heavy
loads that require a high tension during handling, transport and storage.
 In many industries, PET is used as an alternative for steel. Polyester
strappings have a high elongation and absorb shocks and impacts during
transportation and handling far better than steel strapping.
 Strapping materials are used primarily for bundling products together and
securing pallet loads during transport and storage.

 The raw material PET is melted in an extrusion procedure and then pressed
through a tool forming the primary shape. After water cooling in a quenching tank
the melted mass is stretched, relaxed, cooled once again and finally spooled
onto coils as finished strap.
 PET strap is formed by the method, where in a strap or polyester sheet is put through
stretching steps with a specific stretch ratio. Characteristics of PET strap include
corrosion-resistance, high shock absorption ability, recyclability, high tensile strength,
tear resistance, and elasticity.
 PET strapping is used when regular polypropylene strapping isn't strong enough to get
the job done. Polyester strap most closely resembles steel strapping in its physical
characteristics. ... It will retain tension on rigid loads better than other non-metallic
strapping.

AC ( screw size : 70mm) production capacity :100 kg/ hour, second is APPL/PET - 85 AC (
screw size : 85mm) production capacity :190 kg/ hour, third is APPL/PET - 110 AC ( screw
size : 110mm) production capacity :350 kg/ hour, forth is APPL/PET - 120 AC ( screw size
: 120mm) production capacity :450 kg/ hour, fifth is APPL/PET - 130 AC ( screw size :
130mm) production capacity :550 kg/ hour.
 Our motto is to provide Finish good product with extra strength & shining
to Tape by our PET Strap Extrusion Plant. The feature we give will work to

giving heavy Gear Gadded system. We provide Heavy duty structure. Our
plant is Fully synchronized plant with master control Individual printing
station for straps.
 Our plant having PLC & HMI Controller System in extruder. We are using
Latest technology used to come out plastic granules melts smoothly by
Extruder. Because of heat loss is very low the power consumption will be
less. All the Features we provide in our plant can be used easily. Embossing
system available as well as Dehumidified Air Dryer with Crystallizer. Chiller
– is for cooling down to temperature of water which is used in tank. PET
SERVO WINDER is PLC-HMI based.
