1. Cut out sugar

When your body receives simple sugars (like sucrose), it digests them quickly. This causes a rapid insulin spike, which makes your body store glucose as fat. The more sugar you eat, the fatter you get.

2. Eat when hungry

This seems like common sense but many people don't do it. It is important to wait until you are actually hungry to put something in your mouth. If you eat just because it is a particular time of the day, then you are doing it wrong. Wait until your body tells you to eat and listen to it!

3. Drink water
