Different Type of Tubes (Uses And Applications)

*Stainless Steel Tubes
*Square Tubes
*Welded Tubes
*Seamless Tubes

1)Stainless Steel Tubes
- Household and industrial gas lines are usually made of stainless steel tubing as well. If this tubing has eroded, become rusty, or broken down due to heat or weathering, then it may be made of galvanized steel, copper, or some blend of other metals which all have a shorter shelf life than stainless steel.

Stainless steel tubing is used in a variety of industries.
1)It is used in aircraft hydraulic lifts.
2)These use small amounts of nickel and large percentages of chromium.
3)Many factories, mills, and production lines use these components for their machines or in manufactured products.

2)Square Tubes
- Box tubing is commonly used in industrial and domestic settings because of the numerous benefits it provides. Industries value Box tubing for its strength and ability to withstand extremes of temperature, ...
... pressure, and destructive elements. In domestic settings, Box tubes are used in appliances, Tubes, and fencing.

Square Tubes Uses & Application: In industrial applications, round steel tubing is often used to transport liquid or gaseous material from one area of a facility to another. Because of steel’s ability to resist caustic materials, it affords most facilities a lifetime of dedicated, dependable service. In addition to this resistance, steel can be used to bolster both permanent and temporary structures within the facility.

3)Welded Tubes
- our different welding processes are typically used for making a tube. Since there is no filler metal in these welds, the welds are at least as strong as the parent metals.
High Frequency (HF) Welding. Today, most mild steel and aluminum tube is welded with HF welders, which are also suitable for 400 series stainless and even 300 series if the tubing is for decorative use.

Welded Tubes Uses & Applications: Spiral welded pipe is widely used in natural gas, petroleum, chemical, electric power, water supply, and drainage, heating, steam heating, hydropower pressure pipe, thermal power, water, and other long-distance pipeline and piling, dredging, bridges, steel structure engineering. Quality spiral welded pipe transverse bars are thin and low, often filled phenomenon, because manufacturers, to achieve large negative tolerance, finished the previous reduction amount as too large, small iron type, the hole filled.

4)Seamless Tubes
- Seamless Tubes as the name suggests is Tubes without a seam or a weld-joint in contrast to Seam or Welded Tubes. In-Seam or Welded Tubes, the seam or the weld-joint is the weaker part of the Tubes limiting the strength of the Tubes to the strength of the weld-joint. Whereas the seamless Tubes does not have any such joint and thus has uniform structure & strength all over the Tubes body.

Seamless Tubes Uses & Applications:
1)Seamless Tubes are used for general structure and mechanical structure seamless steel Tubes.
2) seamless Tubes which have low and medium pressure boilers is used in the manufacturing process of various structural low and medium pressure boiler superheated steam Tubes, boiling water Tubes and superheated steam locomotive boiler tubes, opium Tubes, small Tubes, and brick arch effective for high-quality carbon structural steel hot rolled and cold drawn seamless steel Tubes.
3)High-pressure boiler seamless steel tube is efficient in the manufacture of high pressure and overpressure water tube boiler heating surface quality carbon steel, alloy steel, and heat resistant stainless steel seamless steel tube.
4)Oil drilling Tubes use seamless Tubes for oil drilling at both ends of thickening or external upset seamless steel tubes.
