Crystal TCS Pvt. Ltd. Offers Flare Gas Recovery Systems are customized to meet customer needs. The size of the systems depends on the expected flare gas composition and flow rates. Most of the system components are skid mounted for ease of installation. Developed theories and acquired algorithms have been standardized for accurate performance tests at our ejector testing facility.
Flare Gas Recovery Systems are special compression bundles, meant to recover & reuse gases and emissions such as methane / LPG and sulfur dioxide that would normally be burned in a flare method. The key to safe operation of refineries and petrochemical facilities, this method involves capturing gas from a flare knock-out vessel and pressurizing it using a liquid ring compressor.
