Reliance has confirmed that the Jio Phone Next will launch on November 4, and the smartphone’s key features have finally been revealed. The smartphone concept was announced at the company’s annual general meeting and was unveiled as an affordable 4G smartphone developed in collaboration with Google. According to rumors, the smartphone will have a 5.5-inch HD display. It will likely feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 215 chipset with 4 Cortex-A53 cores and an integrated Adreno 306 GPU. Like most low-end smartphones, this smartphone will run Android Go OS, a stripped-down version of the operating system designed specifically for low-end phones. The Jio Phone Next could be available in two variants: one with 2 GB of RAM and the other with 3 GB of RAM. The smartphone will have Google Play pre-installed, as well as DuoGo and Google Camera, Go. The smartphone’s camera will also have a Snapchat lens, which will be accessible from the main camera app.
