WHAT DOES INDIA LACK IN ITS EDUCATION SYSTEM?

We all know the history of India failing behind the aspect of education for some decades now. Half of our population move abroad for future study, and half is devoid of required facilities. The Indian Government paying attention to climb the stairs of education but somewhere down the lane we lack some peculiar points, let’s see what.

INDIAN EDUCATION SYSTEM LACKS
Teaching Methods
The syllabus is one thing that needs a change, while teachers and teaching methods require an entirely new makeover all at once. Our teaching methods are outdated. We still use blackboard and chalk because it's the only mode of teaching. Even though there has been a wave of the switch to the E-learning mode, but that went on during a very small proportion. Not only is our pedagogics inefficient but so are our teachers. The school should take measures in upskilling them with newer methods of teaching also adapting them to agile e-learning teaching. E-Learning may be a creative learning process, but only with a mixture of an honest tutor. If we will combine an honest tutor with ...
... an excellent agile learning methodology then we will reap wonders from it.

Creative Blend
Our system possesses to vary its parameters of “good subjects”. We have been pioneers of mathematics and science, but that's not the sole thing that we will do. There possesses to be an equal emphasis given to other social and literary subjects. In fact, a change in curriculum to feature creative subjects alongside the regular maths and science will create an excellent blend and help the scholar understand the larger picture right from the start aside from realizing their actual passion within the later half of their lives.

Work & Extra-curricular
Year-end results and board examinations are extremely important in the Indian education system, and failing to get enough marks can lead to a series of mental bullying, humiliation, and loss of confidence. Sports, art and craft, and extracurricular activities are not highly valued by society, parents, or institutions. Academic subjects are given such a lot of importance that teachers have often seen consumption of the periods allotted to sports and other extra-curricular activities to end up their own syllabus. There possesses to be a base understanding of the very process of learning here. Learning may be a creative process, a private is predicted to think, react, act and process the knowledge with a mix of creative and practical conclusions. The whole weight ought to be moved to learning and not simply scoring marks. This has got to be done both from the varsity and therefore the parents’ end.
