For years now, social media marketing services were looked at simply as advertising routes and nothing more than that. A brand or business would hire a social media marketing agency to create content for a particular brand and thereby promote their products and services. However, as lines blur between the real and virtual world, more and more people are mindful of advertising or paid content and are instead looking for more organic experiences. This also means having to make certain hard decisions and having to let go of certain sections of your audience that may not be the right fit for your brand.
