MS Outlook is an email application from Microsoft, which is the most popular email client. It is obtained either as a standalone application or as the part of the MS Office product suite. Resolution:

First things first, you should turn-off the Empty the Deleted Items folder on logoff option if you want to avoid such situations in the future. However, to recover the deleted email you can use the in-built Recover Deleted Items option in Outlook 2007. However, sometimes the Recover Deleted Items folder is not able to recover all or the specific items that you particularly require.

In such cases, you should use a third-party deleted mail recovery software to recover all the items. Such read-only tools are able to recover deleted mails in a PST, EML, or MSG file without overwriting the original contents.
