On the first floor, a wrap-around pool embraces the master bedroom. As an option, two of the four additional en-suite bedrooms may be used as a home-gym or home-theater. The oversized garage offers generous accommodation for three cars, a golf cart, and a motorcycle. The three-car parking space can be doubled with the addition of car elevators due to the 11-feet, 10-inches ceiling height.
