PLYWOOD:
Plywood are sheets of wood pasted together by undergoing a chemical treatment with glue to bind together and make it available in multiple thickness ranging from 2mm to 38 mm as per requirement. Plywood is manufactured by streaming and dipping timber into hot water and then it is peeled into plies. BLOCK BOARD
It’s a type of engineered compound plywood board, where softwood strips are joined from edge to edge and bonded together. These softwoods can be of 25 mm, as it is basically a cubical stock of wood sandwiched between two thin sheets of ply. It has higher resistance against wrapping or bending and available in standard thicknesses of 16, 19 and 25 mm, so as to use it in different specifications for interiors. Block boards are generally used in paneling, partition, wardrobe doors, etc.

MEDIUM DENSITY FIBRE (MDF):
It’s an engineered wood made from wood pulp and has low resistance to wrapping, bending and moisture. MDF sheets can’t be holded with nails easily, they can be screwed as they are available in different colours, shades and textures. MDF is used for sparkling limelight of the home interiors, which also enhances the looks of woodwork.

PARTICLE BOARD:
It’s the cheapest among above all mentioned, it’s called the chips of wood glued together and pressed into sheets. Comparatively, particle boards have least resistance to moisture because of their low density and weight. It is specifically used in applications requiring long panels such as wardrobe etc. Interior design is the best possible thing to use for displaying ideas and art in the space available, which has led to increase its overall demand for interior designing.

BWR GRADE PLYWOOD:
It is boiling water resistant plywood. It's also called MARINE PLY and is basically preferred for kitchen and bathroom but it's highly recommended in the trend, as per interior designers. There are different ideas and views for construction and if used wisely it can reduce the cost.
