EN25 is a nickel, chromium, and molybdenum specification with a 2.5 percent nickel, chromium, and molybdenum content that is typically supplied hardened and tempered and suitable for ranges of 90-160 kg/mm2. 
EN25 steel is easily machinable and has a high tensile strength, as well as shock resistance, ductility, and wear resistance. It is a common engineering steel with good impact properties at low temperatures and is also suitable for a wide range of elevated temperature applications.
