Andon System is basically a term related to manufacturing process .Andon System’s functionality is to notify management,maintenance and production department about the problems arising due to quality or process related issues.For Andon System the centerpiece i.e. the focus of attention is the device incorporating signal lights to indicate which work station has the problem . Critical parameters like production quantity, production speed, Quality, temperature, pressure, etc can be monitored.Andon system uses signal board, pc based software to indicate the concern person of concern department. Andon system collects the data from manufacturing process or production line. Transform the information collectively as per concerned department for taking necessary action. Calculates the efficiency of the process and compares the actual result with the planned result. Receives service requests directly from the stopped machines.
