3. Perform exercise in regular basis. It brings our body in shape and also makes our body beautiful. It depletes the accumulation of fat.

4. Apple cider vinegar is a wonderful home remedy to reduce the weight as according to some researchers metabolism is increased which helps us in burning our calories when we are in rest. You can mix two teaspoons of organic apple cider vinegar in 16 oz. of water. Drink this mixture by taking few sips throughout the day.
