Under-construction Affordable Housing Project In Faridabad

Ever since the announcement of Faridabad as a future smart city there has been a great deal of construction activity in the newly fast developing city. Sector 85 the location of the Amolik Sankalp project has been well chosen as the sector is well connected to the transport infrastructure of Faridabad. It is just a 5 to 7 minute drive to the nearest Metro Station at Old Faridabad /Badhkal More. It takes just 15 minutes to drive to the sector after crossing the Delhi Faridabad border at Badarpur. The project also has very good connectivity to the Educational and medical health aid facilities in the city. The project is just a five minute drive away from the Largest hospital in northern India called the Amrita Hospital. This hospital is going to be operational very soon in a couple of months.
For the schooling of the kids there are sufficient facilities available in sector 85 as there are a number of excellent schools nearby. The St. Peters Convent school is just walking distance from the Amolik Sankalp project and there are 16 other well known schools like the SRS International school also very close by.
Prices for the flats in Amolik Sankalp are presently between 14 lacs and 26.33 lacs and flat will be allotted by a system of lucky draw. A subsidy of 2.67 lacs is also a available subject to terms and condition of the PMAY scheme.
