Working of Cyclone Dust Collector

When the dirty air enters the cyclone dust collector, a swirling movement occurs which results in centrifugal force acting on the dust particles suspended in the air stream. The denser particles are forced to move outwards, towards the cyclone dust walls. Then they fall downwards, towards the dust exit. The clean air directed towards the Center of the cyclone and leaves through the gas exit.
