The success I created never felt enough. I would create a sale but then beat myself up that it wasn’t a bigger sale. I skipped right over the celebration and went right into criticism.

I eventually began to question what I was doing all this for.

.

Of course, I wanted to create income in my business but that had become my sole measure of success. AND, that wasn’t the purpose behind creating my business.

.

I started my coaching practice because I knew the pain of living out of alignment with your true calling. Going through the motions at a well-paid, somewhat meaningful job, wondering where my passion went, living for the weekends, drinking to drown out that nagging feeling that I was called to live a bigger life than this, often wishing I was sick so I didn’t have to go to work.

I was a shell of a human being and I didn’t like it. I knew there were MANY like me and that made me feel even worse.

What were we doing with this one, amazing life of ours?

Getting by? Settling for mediocrity? Opting for distraction instead of connection?

I ...
... had been teaching, training, and coaching in personal and professional development at a non-profit for six years and I wanted to do it MY way – with passion and freedom – and guide my clients to break free from their old stories and create and live out the greatest story of their life…and realize that could be every dang day, not just the weekends or holidays, or heaven forbid, retirement.

THAT is why I started my business. I knew that more people living their purpose with passion would create greater prosperity in their lives and in the world and that had the power to change entire systems.

.

As I connected more deeply with the next expression of my work, the Master Heart, Brain, and Body Relationship Adventure was born: a 10 week spiritual renewal and restoration experience.

.

This is what I was craving when I was chasing all the strategies, pegging my success on external measures and living out of alignment with my purpose. My heart, brain, and body all suffered because of that.

Depression, anxiety, anger, resentment, negative thinking, emotional and energetic roller coasters.

.

Oh my. It was not pretty.

.

Going through that taught me valuable lessons that I now get to share with you so you can progress more quickly and less painfully than I did. That is important to me. That is my purpose.
