When you crave for some good foods but feeling lazy to run errands, all you want to do is cook at home. Most of the time we crave for buttery foods, it keeps our mood satisfied and make us happy. Now you might be worried about how to make some tasty recipes with butter at home. There are several cooking recipes is available all over the internet. One among them is the making of Healthy Sweet Vanilla Biscuits Recipe. The ingredients measurements are taken to serve 4 people. You need:



• 2 cups of Maida,

• 100 grams of castor sugar,

• ¾ tsp Vanilla essence,

• ½ cup milk,

• ½ cup custard powder,

• ½ tsp of baking soda and

• ¾ tsp of baking powder,

• 1cup butter




Method: Take a non-stick pan, pour the milk into it, now keep adding the custard powder and continue to cook till the mixture becomes thick. ... it into a bowl. Take another bowl and make a mixture of the butter & castor sugar till it becomes light and fluffy. Now add the custard along with vanilla essence to that mixture and whisk it properly. Add flour mixture to it and continue whisking. Divide the mixture, giving it cookie shape, and place it on a baking tray. Bake it for 20 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove the tray from the oven and let it cool before serving.



You can also make Healthy Crispy Chaklis Recipe with butter at home. To make this for 4 peoples, take 1 tbsp cumin seeds and 1 tbsp ajwain seeds in a blender and crush them. Then add 3 tbsp of butter in a pan and heat it. Add:



• 2 cups rice flour,

• 1 cup besan flour,

• crushed cumin, and ajwain,

• 1 tbsp coriander powder,

• 1 tbsp red chilli powder,

• 1 tbsp turmeric powder,

• 2 tbsp sesame seeds,

• salt as per taste,




Method: Blend the ingredients properly. To this mixture, add butter and water, start kneading to make a dough and let it rest for 30 minutes. To give the dough, shape of chakli, you need to use a chakli maker. Once chaklis are made, deep fry them till it turns light brown on both the sides. Keep the chaklis on an absorbent paper to drain the excess amount of oil from them. Serve this snack when cooled.
